If you are having difficulty obtaining the required number of tickets or any tickets at all for your desired event, it is most likely that there are no available tickets at the present time. Fans are welcome to call the Box Office at 309-434-2679 to check for availability. We encourage fans to continue checking back, in case any tickets become available and open for sale on ticketmaster.com.
The Box Office is located to the front of the building at the corner of Front and Madison Streets.
When purchasing tickets in person from the Box Office, we accept all Credit Cards and Cash. However, we do not accept checks.
Will Call is located at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum. When purchasing tickets online or by phone, you have the option to pick up your tickets at Will Call, instead of receiving them in the mail. You will need to present your photo identification in order to claim your tickets.
The U.S. Cellular Coliseum Group Sales Department offers the opportunity to enjoy the company of others at our events. Many shows offer group discounts are for larger ticket purchases. Yes, there is accessible parking available at the Coliseum. We have a parking deck located on the side of the building that has a limited number of accessible spots available. In addition, we utilize the McLean County Health Department Parking Lot for particular events.
There are over 3,000 public parking spaces available around the Coliseum. The Lincoln Parking Lot which is located on Front Street, in addition to numerous other parking locations surrounding the Coliseum is available.
For the safety and security of our guests, the following is not permitted inside the U.S. Cellular Coliseum:
Some events such as concerts and other sanctioned events may have additional prohibited items or a different camera policy. For specific information, please contact the Box Office at 309-434-2679.
Generally, cameras are allowed to most Coliseum events. However, no audio or video equipment will be permitted. Professional cameras are prohibited.
No, all outside food and beverage is prohibited at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum. You will be asked to throw out your food or drink prior to entering the building.
Generally doors open one hour prior to each event. Please be sure to check the event information page on our website prior to attending, to ensure you know the correct time.
During an event, items that are lost or found will be given to the Kitchen Cooked Guest Services kiosk. At the end of the event, unclaimed lost and found items are stored in the main administration office. If you think you may have lost an item at the Coliseum, call Sandra at 309-434-2843. She will be able to assist you with any lost and found questions. All items are only stored for a month after they are found and after one month all unclaimed items are donated to local charities.
You are not allowed to smoke inside the U.S. Cellular Coliseum; however, you may only smoke on the smoking deck which is located near the Bud Light Lounge area (Section 105) and on The Party Deck on each side of the Suite Level.
Merchandise selling locations are dependent on the event set-up. For the vast majority of shows, merchandise is sold behind section 110 on the main concourse.
The policy at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum is no re-entry. The Coliseum has this strict policy for safety reasons.
Yes, the U.S. Cellular Coliseum has a wide variety of concession items on all levels of the building.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express and Cash at the Box Office, Concession Stands, and Merchandise stands inside the U.S. Cellular Coliseum.
The ATM is located on the outer concourse behind section 110. There are signs located in the building directing you towards the ATM.
The Kitchen Cooked guest services kiosk is located directly by the main entrance of the building. In addition, there will be staff located throughout the building that is more than happy to assist you and your needs.
