1. Where is the U.S. Cellular Coliseum Located?

   The U.S. Cellular Coliseum is located on 101 South Madison Street in downtown Bloomington, Illinois, 61701.   (Click Here for Map)

2. Do you have accessible seating?

   Accessible seating is located throughout the building; availability depends on the event and location of the stage. Please contact 309-434-2679 for assistance in purchasing these seats.

3. How can I receive emails regarding upcoming events at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum?

   Join the U.S. Cellular Coliseum All Access Club for FREE and receive the  e-mail newsletter, full of event announcements, contests, special offers, and most importantly, pre-sale passwords so you can purchase your tickets before the general public.

4. How can I purchase a ticket for an event at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum?

   To purchase tickets to a all U.S. Cellular Coliseum Events please visit the U.S. Cellular Coliseum Box Office at 101 S. Madison St. in Bloomington, Illinois or call 309-434-2679.  In addition, tickets can be purchased at select Walmart locations and on our website through Ticketmaster.  

5. I bought tickets to an event at your building, but I need an accessible seat. Can I exchange my seat? Can my partner and child sit with me?

   Please contact 309-434-2679 for assistance in purchasing these seats.

6. How can I find out if an event is sold out?

   If you are having difficulty obtaining the required number of tickets or any tickets at all for your desired event, it is most likely that there are no available tickets at the present time. Fans are welcome to call the Box Office at 309-434-2679 to check for availability.  We encourage fans to continue checking back, in case any tickets become available and open for sale on ticketmaster.com.

7. Where is the Box Office located?

   The Box Office is located to the front of the building at the corner of Front and Madison Streets. 

8. What forms of payment are accepted at the Box Office?

   When purchasing tickets in person from the Box Office, we accept all Credit Cards and Cash.  However, we do not accept checks. 

9. What is Will Call?

   Will Call is located at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum. When purchasing tickets online or by phone, you have the option to pick up your tickets at Will Call, instead of receiving them in the mail. You will need to present your photo identification in order to claim your tickets.

10. I am planning to bring a large group to a U.S. Cellular Coliseum event. Can I get a group discount on tickets?

    The U.S. Cellular Coliseum Group Sales Department offers the opportunity to enjoy the company of others at our events.  Many shows offer group discounts are for larger ticket purchases.  We enjoy providing personal one-on-one service so that we can assist you and your family, community or corporate outing.  If you have any questions or are interested in purchasing group tickets to an event, please contact Terese Robertson at 309-434-2919 or email at tereserobertson@uscellularcoliseum.com.    

     

11. Is there accessible parking available at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum?

    Yes, there is accessible parking available at the Coliseum.  We have a parking deck located on the side of the building that has a limited number of accessible spots available.  In addition, we utilize the McLean County Health Department Parking Lot for particular events. 

12. Is there public parking available at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum?

    There are over 3,000 public parking spaces available around the Coliseum.  The Lincoln Parking Lot which is located on Front Street, in addition to numerous other parking locations surrounding the Coliseum is available.    

13. Are there any items that are prohibited at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum?

    For the safety and security of our guests, the following is not permitted inside the U.S. Cellular Coliseum:

    • Helium Balloons
    • Weapons (of any kind)
    • Cans and/or bottles
    • Outside food and beverages
    • Coolers
    • Pets (excluding service animals)
    • Laser Pen/Pointers
    • Artificial Noisemakers (including air horns)
    • Sticks or Poles (including flag or sign poles)
    • Chains (including billfold/wallet chains)
    • Confetti, silly string, glitter
    • Stickers
    • Purses, Belt Bags, Backpacks or Briefcases (subject to approval only after inspection)
    • No audio or video equipment unless approved by U.S. Cellular Coliseum Management
    • Professional Cameras

    Some events such as concerts and other sanctioned events may have additional prohibited items or a different camera policy. For specific information, please contact the Box Office at 309-434-2679.

14. Can I bring my camera to U.S. Cellular Coliseum Events?

    Generally, cameras are allowed to most Coliseum events.  However, no audio or video equipment will be permitted.  Professional cameras are prohibited. 

15. Can I bring outside food and beverage into the U.S. Cellular Coliseum?

    No, all outside food and beverage is prohibited at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum.  You will be asked to throw out your food or drink prior to entering the building.

16. What time do doors open to the public for each event?

    Generally doors open one hour prior to each event. Please be sure to check the event information page on our website prior to attending, to ensure you know the correct time.

17. Where is the Lost and Found located at U.S. Cellular Coliseum?

    During an event, items that are lost or found will be given to the Kitchen Cooked Guest Services kiosk. At the end of the event, unclaimed lost and found items are stored in the main administration office.  If you think you may have lost an item at the Coliseum, call Sandra at 309-434-2843.  She will be able to assist you with any lost and found questions.  All items are only stored for a month after they are found and after one month all unclaimed items are donated to local charities.    

18. Can I smoke at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum?

    You are not allowed to smoke inside the U.S. Cellular Coliseum; however, you may only smoke on the smoking deck which is located near the Bud Light Lounge area (Section 105) and on The Party Deck on each side of the Suite Level.  

19. Where can I buy merchandise?

    Merchandise selling locations are dependent on the event set-up.  For the vast majority of shows, merchandise is sold behind section 110 on the main concourse. 

20. May I re-enter the U.S. Cellular Coliseum once I have left?

    The policy at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum is no re-entry.  The Coliseum has this strict policy for safety reasons.

21. Is there food and drinks available to purchase at all events?

    Yes, the U.S. Cellular Coliseum has a wide variety of concession items on all levels of the building.

22. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express and Cash at the Box Office, Concession Stands, and Merchandise stands inside the U.S. Cellular Coliseum.

23. Where is the ATM located in the building?

    The ATM is located on the outer concourse behind section 110.  There are signs located in the building directing you towards the ATM.

24. Where do I go if I need assistance inside the arena?

    The Kitchen Cooked guest services kiosk is located directly by the main entrance of the building.  In addition, there will be staff located throughout the building that is more than happy to assist you and your needs.
