The U.S. Cellular Coliseum strives to provide excellent service to all our guests, including those guests with special needs. U.S. Cellular Coliseum recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and meets or exceeds the requirements for compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). U.S. Cellular Coliseum provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services.

Wheelchair Escorts
U.S. Cellular Coliseum provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at any entry point. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.

Accessible/Disabled Tickets
Accessible/Disabled seating is available in all price levels at any event. Tickets for accessible seating areas are available at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum Box Office by calling 309-434-2679. When ordering tickets for an accessible seating area, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. Please note that the number of seats available in the accessible seating area meets the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and other laws relating to accessibility, however, the number of seats in the accessible seating areas is limited. Tickets for seats in the accessible seating areas are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Designated Parking Spaces for Persons with Disabilities
Designated parking spaces are available for guests with disabilities. These spaces are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. The parking spaces designated for guests with disabilities are made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sign Language Interpreters
U.S. Cellular Coliseum is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select concert events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please contact the U.S. Cellular Coliseum box office at 309-434-2679 to arrange.

Service Animals/Guide Dogs                         
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in the U.S. Cellular Coliseum with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain in control of the patron at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other U.S. Cellular Coliseum guests or employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures
U.S. Cellular Coliseum personnel have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those guests with disabilities, in the event of an emergency. Please pay careful attention to personnel instructions during an evacuation.

Lost and Found: If you have lost an item during an event, Please visit Guest Service. Guest Service is located on the concourse between sections 108 and 109. After an event you may call (309) 434-2698 Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM. Please leave a voicemail with the item description, date it was lost, and your contact information.

Restrooms
Restroom facilities in the U.S. Cellular Coliseum are accessible.

Directions to the Coliseum:

- From 55 Northbound (from St. Louis) take Exit 160A, Market Street/US-150. Turn right on West Market. Turn right on Madison (US Business 51 South).  The Coliseum will be on your Right at Front Street.

- From 55 Southbound (from Chicago) take Exit 165, US Business 51 South.   Drive approximately 6 miles and the Coliseum will be on your Right at Front Street.

- From 74 Eastbound (from Peoria) merge onto I-55 South/I-74 East.  Take exit 160A Market Street/US-150.  Turn right onto West Market Street.  Turn right on Madison Street (US Business 51 South).   The Coliseum will be on your Right at Front Street.

- From 74 Westbound (from Champaign) take Exit 135, 51-Business North (Main Street). Turn right onto Business 51 North (Main Street).  Turn left onto Front Street.  The Coliseum will be on your Left after crossing Madison Street.

- From 39/US-51 Southbound (from Rockford), merge onto I-55 via the exit on the left toward Chicago. Take Exit 165-A, US Business 51 toward Bloomington/Normal.  In approximately 6 miles, the Coliseum will be on your Right at Front Street.

- From US-51 Northbound (from Decatur). Stay on US-51 North (which turns into Main Street). In approximately 3 miles, turn left onto Front Street.  The Coliseum will be on your Left after crossing Madison Street.

***During the closure of portions of the Coliseum Garage, patrons of the Coliseum and the Pepsi Ice Center can park in both the Lincoln Parking Garage on Front Street and the Assoc. Commerce Garage on Market Street (free after 6 p.m.), and in the Government Center lot after 4 p.m. Street parking is also available throughout the downtown and surrounding areas.
